Mit eurer Anmeldung erklärt ihr euch einverstanden mit folgenden Dingen:
Eure Anmeldung ist mit unserer Bestätigungsmail verbindlich und die Reisebedingungen werden somit akzeptiert.
Eine Buchung ist nur über den gesamten Zeitraum möglich.
Wir empfehlen unbedingt eine Reiserücktrittversicherung abzuschließen, falls ihr die Reise absagen müsst.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt teilweise vorab und teilweise in Bar vor Ort.
Nach einer verbindlichen Anmeldung fallen folgende Stornierungskosten pro Teilnehmer an:
Bis 4 Monate vorher:
– Bei einer Zimmerbuchung fallen die Zimmerkosten an – falls das Zimmer wieder vergeben werden kann, berechnen wir 50€ Stornokosten
– Der Teilnehmerbeitrag bleibt ebenso mit 100€ erhalten.
Bis 3 Monate vorher:
– 70% der Gesamtkosten
Bis 2 Monate vorher:
– 80% der Gesamtkosten
Bis 1 Monate vorher:
– 90% der Gesamtkosten
Haftung:
Jede(r) TeilnehmerIn ist selbst verantwortlich für seine An- und Abreise, inclusiv Transfer, ebenso ist jede(r) TeilnehmerIn eigenverantwortlich für den gesamten Aufenthalt, Tanzveranstaltungen und Unternehmungen. Wir empfehlen das Abschließen einer Reiserücktrittversicherung, sowie eine Reiseversicherung für Krankheit, Unfall und Rücktransport.
Wir übernehmen als Veranstalter keinerlei Haftung.
Sollte es bei der Zimmerbuchung zu einer Umbuchung des Zimmers kommen, wird euch ein gleichwertiges Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.
Sollte der Aufenthalt aufgrund höherer Gewalt nicht stattfinden können oder nur unter erschwerten Bedingungen, können wir als Veranstalter kurzfristig den Aufenthalt absagen. In diesem Fall können keine Kosten erstattet werden für gebuchte Flüge etc.. Kosten unsererseits werden in diesem Fall nicht erhoben.
Eure Anmeldedaten werden zum Zweck der gegenseitigen Kommunikation gespeichert . Bei einer verbindlichen Buchung in einer griechischen Unterkunft werden deine Daten an den jeweiligen Gastgeber weitergegeben.
Du kannst das Löschen der Daten bei Vertragsbeendigung jederzeit bei uns und den jeweiligen griechischen Gastgebern per Mail einfordern.
Fotos:
Wir werden einige schöne Situationen fotografisch festhalten und gehen dabei von eurem Einverständnis aus, diese Fotos zu nutzen. Alle Teilnehmer, die ebenfalls gern fotografieren möchten, weisen wir auf das Einhalten der Datenschutzverordnung hin.

With your registration you agree to the following things:
Your registration is binding with our confirmation email and the travel conditions are thus accepted.
A booking is only possible for the whole period.
We strongly recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance in case you have to cancel the trip.
Payment will be made partly in advance and partly in cash on site.
After a binding registration the following cancellation fees per participant will apply:
Up to 4 months in advance:
– If you book a room, the room costs will be charged – if the room can be reassigned, we will charge 100€ cancellation fee.
– The participant fee remains the same with 100€.
Until 3 months before:
– 70% of the total costs
Up to 2 months before:
– 80% of the total costs
Up to 1 month before:
– 90% of the total cost

Liability:
Each participant is responsible for his/her own arrival and departure, including transfers, as well as for the entire stay, dances and activities. We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, as well as a travel insurance for illness, accident and repatriation.
We do not assume any liability as organizer.
Should it come to a room rebooking, we will provide you with a room of the same value..
If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure or only under difficult conditions, we as the organizer can cancel the trip at short notice. In this case no costs can be refunded for booked flights etc.. Costs on our part will not be charged in this case.
Your registration data will be stored for the purpose of mutual communication. In case of a binding booking in a Greek accommodation, your data will be passed on to the respective host.
You can request the deletion of the data upon termination of the contract at any time with us and the respective Greek hosts by mail.

We would like to capture some nice situations by photo and assume that you agree with that to use this photos. All participants, who also like to take pictures, have to follow the data protection regulation.
