Deine Buchung eines Workshops / Kurses bei uns in La academia mit Anmeldung per Mail oder WhatsApp wird mit unserer Bestätigung verbindlich.
Ein Rücktritt / Stornierung ist jederzeit möglich – bitte sende uns dazu ausschließlich eine E-Mail an:

Je nachdem, wann deine Stornierung bei uns eingeht, gelten folgende Bedingungen:
- Bis 4 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühr abzüglich einer Stornogebühr von 30 €.
- Ab 4 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: Keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich.
- Auch bei Barzahlung vor Ort gelten diese Stornierungsregeln. Bei kurzfristiger Absage oder Nichterscheinen wird die Teilnahmegebühr nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt.
- Diese Bedingungen beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die Teilnahmegebühr. Zusätzliche Angebote wie optionale Gartenübernachtung sind davon nicht betroffen.
- Deine Anmeldung ist personengebunden und nicht übertragbar – eine Umbuchung auf andere Personen ist daher nicht möglich.
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, um dich für unvorhergesehene Fälle abzusichern.

Booking and Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Courses

Your booking of a workshop / course with us at La academia, made by email or WhatsApp, becomes binding once you receive our confirmation.
Cancellation is possible at any time – please send your cancellation exclusively by email to:

Depending on when we receive your cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 4 weeks before the event: Refund of the participation fee minus a cancellation fee of €30.
- Less than 4 weeks before the event: No refund is possible.
- These cancellation terms also apply to cash payments made on site. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the participation fee will be invoiced afterwards.
- These conditions apply exclusively to the event participation fee. Optional services like overnight stay in the garden are not affected.
- Your registration is personal and non-transferable. It is not possible to substitute another person.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected events.
