\nMit eurer Anmeldung erkl\u00e4rt ihr euch einverstanden mit folgenden Dingen:<\/span>
\nEure Anmeldung ist mit unserer Best\u00e4tigungsmail verbindlich und die Reisebedingungen werden somit akzeptiert.<\/span>
\nEine Buchung ist nur \u00fcber den gesamten Zeitraum m\u00f6glich.<\/span>
\nWir empfehlen unbedingt eine Reiser\u00fccktrittversicherung abzuschlie\u00dfen, falls ihr die Reise absagen m\u00fcsst.<\/span>
\nDie Bezahlung erfolgt teilweise vorab und teilweise in Bar vor Ort.<\/span>
\nNach einer verbindlichen Anmeldung fallen folgende Stornierungskosten pro Teilnehmer an:<\/span><\/p>\n

Bis 4 Monate vorher:<\/span>
\n– Bei einer Zimmerbuchung fallen die Zimmerkosten an \u2013 falls das Zimmer wieder vergeben werden kann, berechnen wir 50\u20ac Stornokosten<\/span>
\n– Der Teilnehmerbeitrag bleibt ebenso mit 100\u20ac erhalten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bis 3 Monate vorher:<\/span>
\n– 70% der Gesamtkosten<\/span><\/p>\n

Bis 2 Monate vorher:<\/span>
\n– 80% der Gesamtkosten<\/span><\/p>\n

Bis 1 Monate vorher:<\/span>
\n– 90% der Gesamtkosten<\/span><\/p>\n

Haftung:<\/strong><\/span>
\nJede(r) TeilnehmerIn ist selbst verantwortlich f\u00fcr seine An- und Abreise, inclusiv Transfer, ebenso ist jede(r) TeilnehmerIn eigenverantwortlich f\u00fcr den gesamten Aufenthalt, Tanzveranstaltungen und Unternehmungen. Wir empfehlen das Abschlie\u00dfen einer Reiser\u00fccktrittversicherung, sowie eine Reiseversicherung f\u00fcr Krankheit, Unfall und R\u00fccktransport.<\/span>
\nWir \u00fcbernehmen als Veranstalter keinerlei Haftung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sollte es bei der Zimmerbuchung zu einer Umbuchung des Zimmers kommen, wird euch ein gleichwertiges Zimmer zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sollte der Aufenthalt aufgrund h\u00f6herer Gewalt nicht stattfinden k\u00f6nnen oder nur unter erschwerten Bedingungen, k\u00f6nnen wir als Veranstalter kurzfristig den Aufenthalt absagen. In diesem Fall k\u00f6nnen keine Kosten erstattet werden f\u00fcr gebuchte Fl\u00fcge etc.. Kosten unsererseits werden in diesem Fall nicht erhoben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eure Anmeldedaten werden zum Zweck der gegenseitigen Kommunikation<\/strong> gespeichert . Bei einer verbindlichen Buchung in einer griechischen Unterkunft werden deine Daten an den jeweiligen Gastgeber weitergegeben.<\/span>
\nDu kannst das L\u00f6schen der Daten bei Vertragsbeendigung jederzeit bei uns und den jeweiligen griechischen Gastgebern per Mail einfordern.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fotos:<\/span><\/strong>
\nWir werden einige sch\u00f6ne Situationen fotografisch festhalten und gehen dabei von eurem Einverst\u00e4ndnis aus, diese Fotos zu nutzen. Alle Teilnehmer, die ebenfalls gern fotografieren m\u00f6chten, weisen wir auf das Einhalten der Datenschutzverordnung hin.<\/span><\/p>\n

With your registration you agree to the following things:<\/span><\/p>\n

Your registration is binding with our confirmation email and the travel conditions are thus accepted.<\/span>
\nA booking is only possible for the whole period.<\/span><\/p>\n

We strongly recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance in case you have to cancel the trip.<\/span>
\nPayment will be made partly in advance and partly in cash on site.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a binding registration the following cancellation fees per participant will apply:<\/span><\/p>\n

Up to 4 months in advance:<\/span>
\n– If you book a room, the room costs will be charged – if the room can be reassigned, we will charge 100\u20ac cancellation fee.<\/span>
\n– The participant fee remains the same with 100\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n

Until 3 months before:<\/span>
\n– 70% of the total costs<\/span><\/p>\n

Up to 2 months before:<\/span>
\n– 80% of the total costs<\/span><\/p>\n

Up to 1 month before:<\/span>
\n– 90% of the total cost<\/span><\/p>\n

Liability:<\/span><\/strong>
\nEach participant is responsible for his\/her own arrival and departure, including transfers, as well as for the entire stay, dances and activities. We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, as well as a travel insurance for illness, accident and repatriation.<\/span>
\nWe do not assume any liability as organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Should it come to a room rebooking, we will provide you with a room of the same value..<\/span><\/p>\n

If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure or only under difficult conditions, we as the organizer can cancel the trip at short notice. In this case no costs can be refunded for booked flights etc.. Costs on our part will not be charged in this case.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your registration data will be stored for the purpose of mutual communication. In case of a binding booking in a Greek accommodation, your data will be passed on to the respective host.<\/span>
\nYou can request the deletion of the data upon termination of the contract at any time with us and the respective Greek hosts by mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pictures:<\/span><\/strong>
\nWe would like to capture some nice situations by photo and assume that you agree with that to use this photos. All participants, who also like to take pictures, have to follow the data protection regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
