Bitte die aufgestellten Maschinen, Arbeitsmittel und Materialien nicht ber\u00fchren oder benutzen.<\/li>\n<li>Im Au\u00dfengel\u00e4nde und Wohnhaus sind einige Bereiche als \u201eprivat\u201c gekennzeichnet \u2013 bitte diese Bereiche nicht nutzen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Gel\u00e4nde ist nicht vollst\u00e4ndig ausgeleuchtet. Die Nutzung einer Taschenlampe wird empfohlen \u2013 besonders im hinteren Gartenbereich \/ Zeltbereich hinter der Scheune\/Schmiede.<\/li>\n<li>Rauchen in den Geb\u00e4uden ist verboten. F\u00fcr Zigarettenabf\u00e4lle sind die daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Beh\u00e4ltnisse zu nutzen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Anweisungen des Veranstalters ist Folge zu leisten. Bei Zuwiderhandlung behalten wir uns vor, Teilnehmer*Innen von der Veranstaltung ohne Kostenerstattung auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fotos<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir werden einige sch\u00f6ne Situationen fotografisch festhalten und gehen dabei von eurem Einverst\u00e4ndnis aus. Diese Fotos sind f\u00fcr euch zur Erinnerung und f\u00fcr unsere Website, Social Media und Werbematerialien gedacht.<\/li>\n<li>Teilnehmende, die ebenfalls fotografieren m\u00f6chten, bitten wir um Einhaltung der Datenschutzverordnung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haftungsausschluss<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Grundst\u00fcckseigent\u00fcmer und die Veranstalter haften nicht f\u00fcr Unf\u00e4lle der Teilnehmer:innen oder durch Teilnehmer:innen verursachte Sch\u00e4den.<\/li>\n<li>Das Betreten und der Aufenthalt auf dem gesamten Grundst\u00fcck sowie das Tanzen erfolgen auf eigene Gefahr.<\/li>\n<li>Die Versicherung ist Sache der Teilnehmenden. F\u00fcr Garderobe und Wertsachen wird keine Haftung \u00fcbernommen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00fccktrittsbedingungen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auch nach deiner verbindlichen Anmeldung per Registrierungsformular, per Mail, anderer Social-Kan\u00e4le oder m\u00fcndlich ist eine Stornierung jederzeit m\u00f6glich \u2013 bitte sende uns dazu ausschlie\u00dflich eine E-Mail an:<br \/>\n&#x1f4e7; iron@la-academia-tango-dresden.de<\/p>\n<p>Je nachdem, wann deine Stornierung bei uns eingeht, gelten folgende Bedingungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bis 6Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: R\u00fcckerstattung der Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr abz\u00fcglich einer Stornogeb\u00fchr von 30\u202f\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Ab 6 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: Keine R\u00fcckerstattung mehr m\u00f6glich. <span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">Sollte dem Veranstalter durch die Stornierung nachweislich ein geringerer Schaden entstanden sein, behalten wir uns vor, dies zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und ggf. eine geringere Stornogeb\u00fchr zu erheben<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Auch bei Barzahlung vor Ort gelten diese Stornierungsregeln. Bei kurzfristiger Absage oder Nichterscheinen wird die Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr nachtr\u00e4glich in Rechnung gestellt.<\/li>\n<li>Diese Bedingungen beziehen sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf die Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr. Zus\u00e4tzliche Angebote wie optionale Garten\u00fcbernachtung sind davon nicht betroffen.<\/li>\n<li>Deine Anmeldung ist personengebunden und nicht \u00fcbertragbar \u2013 eine Umbuchung auf andere Personen ist nur mit Genehmigung durch uns m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n<li>Bei paarweiser Anmeldung kann die Stornierung einer Person dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Teilnahme beider Personen storniert werden muss<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiser\u00fccktrittsversicherung, um dich f\u00fcr unvorhergesehene F\u00e4lle abzusichern.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">English<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bb Terms of Participation IRON TANGO<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Carsta und Alexander Mock \u2022 Altleubnitz 11 \u2022 01219 Dresden<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Dear Guests,<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019re opening our private home and garden for the IRON TANGO weekend, and we\u2019re delighted to spend a wonderful time with you \u2014 filled with tango music, dancing, culinary treats, relaxation, and meaningful conversations.<\/p>\n<p>Because we are opening up private areas of our property, a few house rules and safety notes are necessary.<\/p>\n<p>You agree to this when you register.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>House Rules &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the workshop, only the marked areas may be entered. Please do not touch or use any machines, tools, or materials.<\/li>\n<li>Certain areas in the house and garden are marked as \u201cprivate\u201d \u2014 please respect these and do not enter.<\/li>\n<li>The grounds are not fully lit. We recommend bringing a flashlight, especially for the rear garden or tent area behind the barn\/forge.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings. Please use the provided ashtrays for cigarette waste.<\/li>\n<li>Please follow the instructions of the organizers at all times. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the event without reimbursement in case of non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Photography <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will capture some memorable moments during the event and assume your agreement to the use of these photos for our website, social media, and promotional materials.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you take your own photos, we kindly ask you to respect the applicable data protection regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liability Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The property owners and organizers are not liable for accidents involving participants or damages caused by participants.<\/li>\n<li>Entering the property and participating in all activities, including dancing, is at your own risk.<\/li>\n<li>Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. No liability is accepted for lost or stolen items.<\/li>\n<li>By registering, all participants accept these terms and the liability disclaimer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Even after your confirmed registration \u2014 whether via the online form, email, social media, or in person \u2014 a cancellation is possible at any time. Please send your cancellation exclusively via email to:<br \/>\n&#x1f4e7; iron@la-academia-tango-dresden.de<\/p>\n<p>Depending on when we receive your cancellation, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 6 weeks before the event:<br \/>\nRefund of the participation fee minus a cancellation fee of \u20ac50.<\/li>\n<li>Less than 6 weeks before the event: No refund is possible. <span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">If the organiser can prove that the actual damage caused by the cancellation was lower, we reserve the right to take this into account and, if applicable, charge a reduced cancellation fee<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>These cancellation terms also apply to cash payments made on site. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the participation fee will be invoiced afterwards.<\/li>\n<li>These conditions apply exclusively to the event participation fee. Optional services like overnight stay in the garden are not affected.<\/li>\n<li>Your registration is personal and non-transferable.
